Setup 

    • Different event needs and setups: We offer various setups to suit your event, whether it’s a garden party, indoor event, or festival. We can adapt to the space and atmosphere of your venue.

    • Space requirements for setup: Space requirements vary depending on the concept. We can work with spaces as small as 3×3 meters up to 12×5 meters.

Logistics

    • Arrival time and service duration: Service typically lasts 2 hours unless otherwise specified. We arrive 1-1.5 hours before the service start time.

    • Electricity and water requirements: We require a 220 Volt power supply (some setups need 380 Volts) and access to tap water. We have a portable sink. Please inform us if tap water isn’t available.

    • Surface requirements: Please inform us of the surface where we’ll be setting up (grass, steps, sloping hills, etc.).

    • Weather concerns: We have pavilions for rain, but strong wind or heavy rain may affect and slow down production. We can operate insinde during winter.

Menu and Food

    • Menu customization: We can accommodate specific preferences whenever possible, we offer: pizza, sandwiches, pasta.

    • Pizza size and quantity: Pizzas are approximately 30 cm in diameter, usually enough for one adult. We can help you determine the total amount of food to avoid waste. We recommend adding a side salad for extra vegetables.

    • Pizza production: Pizza production depends on the chosen setup. Our portable solution for small parties allows us to produce 25 pizzas per hour for 2-3 hours. We can also bring larger setups for higher production up to 100 pizzas an hour.

    • Dietary restrictions: We offer gluten-free pizza bases (baked in your oven), vegan options, and lactose-free cheese. Please email us about dietary restrictions and allergies in advance.

    • Ad-lib menu: An ad-lib (pay-as-you-go) option is available for pizza and salad, with the price based on the number of guests.

    • Coffee options: We offer Italian espresso, cappuccino, and a special Moretta coffee from Fano, Italy (upon request). Filter coffee is also available.

    • Food service: Guests typically come to our stand to choose pizza slices. If you have waiters, they can bring plates to the tables.

    • Ice cream portions and flavors: Ice cream is served in small cones or cups. You can choose 2 flavors, and we provide various toppings.

    • Chef introduction: Our chef can introduce the menu and provide details about the dishes.

    • Ingredient quality: We prioritize high-quality ingredients and have direct relationships with many of our suppliers.

    • Neapolitan-style pizza: This style of pizza bakes in 1-2 minutes, resulting in a soft crust and fresh flavors.

    • Refunds for uneaten food: While we can help you avoid food waste, you are responsible for paying for the pre-ordered amount.

Payment and Changes

    • Final guest count confirmation: Please confirm the final number of guests 2 weeks before the event.

    • Changes to bookings: Small changes are possible up to a week before the event. Larger changes require agreement 1 month before.

    • Discounts for multiple bookings: We offer a 5% discount for multiple bookings or referrals.

    • Payment due date: Payment is due 1 week before the event.

Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellation and deposit: Once you book and pay the 1250kr deposit, you can cancel up to 2 weeks before the event, losing only the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of the event incur an 80% charge of the total cost.

Games and Activities

    • Responsibility for broken games: While our games are durable, you are responsible for their care and will need to pay for any damages.

    • Games for different age groups: We offer a wide range of games for many different occasions and we are happy to advise the best games that suit different atmospheres: fun, activity, ability, strategy, sports.

Additional Services

    • Plates and cutlery: We provide plates and napkins. Knives and forks can be provided upon request. Please agree on the service style when accepting the offer.

    • Additional hours: You can book additional hours beyond the standard package for an extra cost. The normal service time is 2 hours, plus 1 extra hour if you book ice cream and coffee.
